Why sponsor the Fair?
The Fair costs over £20,000. It could not take place each year without support from businesses and local grant authorities.
In turn, supporting the Fair gives you high visibility at the biggest community event in the Borough, where thousands of your customers will be.
It's a great opportunity to show them you care about what they care about!
A range of sponsorship levels are available to suit your pocket and inclination.
What level suits you?
A range of sponsorship levels are available to suit your pocket and inclination.
Platinum Sponsors donate £1,000 or more. In addition to Gold level benefits, they receive free space for two banners at the Fair site, hospitality and VIP arena seating.
Gold Sponsors donate £500 - £1,000. In addition to Silver level benefits, they receive a free field stall and free space for one arena banner.
Silver Sponsors donate £250 - £500. In addition to Bronze level benefits, they receive special mention in our press releases and Fair Day announcements.
Bronze Sponsors donate £120 - £250. They receive a free colour Programme ad, free listing in the Fair Programme, and a free web link on this page.

Programme ads
The Fair Programme is an amazing marketing tool. It's delivered free to over 8,000 Shepperton homes with Shepperton Matters in the week before Fair Day.
You can book a Programme advert for £50
Please note that Platinum through Bronze sponsorship levels get ads included in their sponsorship and take priority on the space available.

Arena banners
If you are able to supply a banner, we can display it around the arena for you.
The cost is £10 per foot length. The maximum banner height allowed is 2 feet.
