Marquee stallholder form

Marquee stallholders are provided with pre-assigned  plots inside the covered Marquee.

Plots are provided with a 6 foot trestle table and two chairs, as well as free electrical power if requested.  Stallholders can purchase more than one plot.

Procession entry

The Procession focuses on local schools, nurseries and play groups as well as local youth organisations such as the Guides and Brownies and Sea Cadets.

A different theme is chosen every year and the theme for 2018 is TBA

There is no Procession form - entry is by invitation only.

Raft Race entry form

The Raft Race is sponsored by Nauticalia, marshalled and commentated by Desborough Sailing Club, and organised by its own Committee.

Photo competition entry form

The Photographic competition is open to anyone living, working or at school within a 3 mile radius of Manor Park, who is not connected with the Fair Committee or the support team, and who has no commercial interest in photography either as a professional or an amateur.

There are a number of competition categories, suitable for a range of age groups. Each category is independently judged by professionals and attracts a cash prize of £50 for 1st place and £25 for Runner Up, as well as a signed certificate from the Fair Committee Chair.

Craft competition entry form

The Craft competition is open to anyone living, working or at school within a 3 mile radius of Manor Park, and who is not connected with the Fair Committee or the support team.

There are nine competition categories, with separate adult and junior classes. Each category attracts a cash prize of £20 for 1st place and £15 for Runner Up, as well as a signed certificate from the Fair Committee Chair.

Programme advert form

The Fair Programme is delivered free to over 8,000 Shepperton homes.

Programme adverts are prioritised for Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze sponsors. After our sponsors have been accommodated, ad space is available for £50 (colour or B/W).

Ad copy is prepared at no charge from your brief -  your message will be clearer if you keep it simple!

Banner advert form

If you are able to supply a banner, we can display it around the arena for you.

The cost is £10 per foot length. Max banner height allowed is 2 feet.
